Equal Parts Kaixo in the glass. This is a really interesting and just good offering. A rice lager that uses apples and even mold to create an almost Basque Cider like "apple beer." It is hot as hell out this afternoon, so this works.

Spinning Egberto Gismonti's Danca Das Cabecas. Always a great album, but I have been particularly obsessed with it lately.
