At Westbound & Down giving It's Just Semantics west coast pils a try. A collaboration with Cannon Creek and Amalgam Brewing. Mildly dank, slightly floral/herbal with a crisp clean and dry feel. Very good and only 5.4%. Cheers!

Got in a good, but ez'ish, 15k earlier today. It's gettin' hotter but it's good for me... then a heavy lift after the run, for a good 35 minutes or so.
