Very tasty stuff!

 

Second pour at Meyers Lighthouse: Hole in One, another NEIPA, this one hopped with Citra and Idaho 7. A bit sweeter than Ocean View, it’s also very good. I’m psyched to have another brewery of this quality so close to our place at the Shore. Cheers from Ocean View, New Jersey!

 

Went to Cuver in Windsor, CA, just down the road from Russian River Brewery. If you like Belgian beer, you have got to stop here. The place is family run, with all of them from Belgium. We had a wonderful time speaking with Jan Verspecht, the CTO and father of the brewmaster.

Nice treat. Oxbow is very good.

 

Finback High Low DIPA, featuring 9 different hops. A wee bit of overkill there, but it's drinking and tasting great. Always enjoy these guys. Cheers!

My wife just deemed our current situation a " wicked fuckin pissah". Our Generac was delivered and placed yesterday, but a couple more weeks to get the switch and propane tanks in place to be up and running....our power just went out from the storm .......Jai Alai me .......

Nice to see you guys out and about! Heard that song 3-times this week, its a good one. Eventually asked my son Mike (who you haven't met) about Donnelly's. Turns out he drove back to the hotel that night. Sue and I had a good time.

Back where I started (and ended, *cough*) last night with another one of these fresh
Zombie Dusts.
Really takes me back to fall 2013 when I first got to sample FFF beers in the greater Chicagoland region.

22 miler done this morning, and it hurt - coach had me run 30 minutes of tempo after 3 miles of ez, then had to dog it out for the remaining 15 or so at a respectable pace. Knee bursa a little twingy right now, but mercifully tomorrow is a day off. Another solid 66 mile week. (Nice tune, @LarryV !)
