    Well, Isn't That Special ! A West Coast Pilsner from Vice Beer (Vancouver, WA)
    Flavor is almost unlike any other IPA I've tasted. It's quite resiny, or stemmy, and eventually slightly bitter. Dry and herbal with a mineral finish. Tastes like green beans, green apricot, and a bit of lime peel. Maybe grassy is the word I'm looking for. In any case, it's missing something, like a Margarita without the tequila.

    Meanwhile, stuff is growing and blooming so you can't even see the rock wall that holds the slope up...

    Brewing Project Cow Cow Caramel Macchiato Milk Stout, 5.5% ABV. I rated this 4.35 in 2021, but I just decreased the score to 4.2, since there's not much sweetness in this batch.

    My son and I are trying Modist Brewing's pilsner, Fang & Bone. Easy drinking beer. I think it drinks more like a Mexican Lager with a lime flavor. No pics today sorry!

    Next up is New Trail Disc Golf IPA. Their singles seem to all carry a dry apricot flavor no matter which hop combo they use, presumably from their house yeast. Thinking I should inquire after a quality control position there :wink: Cheers to you!
