    Pours out a crystal clear, light gold color and infused with dense, lively carbonation; thick, white head, dense and semi-creamy with a softly rolling hill top. Very nice aroma of biscuit and lightly spicy hops; delicate grass-like element. Clean taste; very light malt flavor; medium-light hop bitterness; zesty spiciness. Smooth and medium-light mouthfeel; soft on the palate; subtle dryness at the finish.

    This is a well-crafted and easy drinking pilsner.The mouthfeel is exquisite, full and rounded. A great little beer.

    Lovely, but rather warm day. Great views while walking along the Mississippi River parkway earlier today. The Geese were taking refuge from the sun under the trees along the pathway. Home on the beer deck with a Pacifico. Cheers!

    3 weeks ago my brother and I pulled his 310' with a wire tugger
    Once it "popped" we finished manually, we were both beat!!
