    Fuck, that yeast is idiosyncratic.
    My FIL lives by Ommegang, I end up sharing all that high % stuff to friends as I killed all whiskey barrel enjoyment in 11th grade, drinking Wild Turkey, in the fields. I shiver at the thought.
    Btw: FIL is a hobby sheep farmer, and I don’t like lamb,

    I have had worse days but today was absolutely horrible! Everything from spending two hours straightening out the power company bill to having to freeze my credit card for unknown use. And to add to that and more, I pulled my back somehow just mowing the lawn.

    Bourbon is badly needed but I can live though with this IPA brewed by Veil.
