Nice, some day I’ll have the discipline to let one age for an extended period of time. Did you mean Vieux?

Excuses mon français, but I think bière is female in french.
Or maybe it is because it starts with an O.
Vieil Orval it is I guess.
Maybe Shanex or MadMike can shed a light on linguistics.

As a renowned cunning linguist, vieille Orval is indeed more accurate than vieux.

Shanex is a vieux monsieur. For any bière, best to use LA. La bière. Le Big Mac. French is a complicated enough language anyway. Cheers, hombre!

...the beer tastes fine and isn't flat but has little carbonation and no head...

...yes, Michael McDonald is the anti-christ of Doobie Brothers vocals, but he did a very nice job with Donald Fagen on a live cut of 'Pretzel Logic' (performed by The Dukes of September) I posted this past weekend...

I guess french is quite easy. If males like something, it is la. La bière, la voiture, la femme, la bbq, la viande.
Le cuisine, le travail, le politique, le taxe, le mal de tête.

That’s true. You will be pleased to know that the top jockey (depending on the day) at Saratoga Racetrack is French jockey Flavian Prat

    From a 12oz can. Best by 10/12/24

There's a good deal of carbonation in this beer. It's foaming out of the can when I opened it. This beer is clear golden pouring. There's a thick 4 finger white head with an aggressive pour. The head retention is damn good, and there's some good looking lacing on the glass.
The aroma has a honey like sweetness to it that mixes with a cereal grain aroma.
Taste - Malty grain flavor starts the beer off it has some biscuit notes. The beer gets a floral element to the back of this beer. There's also a faint hop bitterness that shows up to say hi.
The body is light and clean feeling.
Tasty and damn easy to drink.

Raining lightly so the beach cleared out.

My buddy just went to fetch reinforcement cocktails... We're not going anywhere!
