Buckeyes pulling away now, Akron surprisingly decent early. Defense looks good.
Will have to scale back to lagers if I’m to make it to the west coast games. Cheers!

    1) Stone IPA (6.9% canned 6/3/2024): A West-coast IPA from California with flavors of bitter lemon, apricot, orange, and resinous pine. Bitter and resinous
    versus
    2) Stone Delicious IPA (7.7% canned 5/29/24): An IPA from California with Lemondrop and El Dorado hops with flavors of lemon peel, and sweet and bitter pine. (Correctly mathced the two beers blind)

    Winner: Stone IPA
Stone IPA Battle. I've long digressed about how it's hard to find the OG Stone IPA anymore and Delicious is often more common.
First is the OG Stone IPA. Bitter, tangerine, and slightly resinous. Next is Delicious IPA. Stronger aromas. More lemon peel and sweet pine. A strong bitterness too.
I have always talked trash on their Delicous IPA, but this was a pleasant surprise. Yes, it's a bit fruity and juicier, but still has a respectable bitterness. I don't know what the gluten-reduced is doing for the beer much, but probably not much. The higher ABV probably helps it stand out a bit.
I still think the OG IPA has a stronger and cleaner bitterness profile so picking it. @TheIPAHunter I'm sure you have an expert opinion on the two.

Looks like Cignetti is bringing his first win to Bloomington but it's been a sloppy game with (9) penalties and he's not happy. I like this guy's fire, he has some Bob Knight in his blood.
