Sympathy for the Devil (Isolated Piano) ~ The Rolling Stones

 

1) Fair State Today Is Tomorrow (4.2%): An Italian Pilsner from Minnesota with flavors of citrusy hops and clean pale malts.
versus
2) Summit Twin Pils (5.1%): A Kellerbier from Minnesota that is a newer version of the Keller Pils with flavors of crisp floral hops and yeasty, smooth pale malts. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

Winner: Summit Twin Pils
First is Fair State. An Italian Pils. Citrusy, hoppy, slightly tart. I'll buy pretty much any pilsner Fair State has to offer.
Next is Summit Twin Pils. One of my favorites of the summer. Crisp, floral, and balanced.
