    AWESOME.

The first runnings of the FH Pilsner, FH Chinook XPA, and FH Wanderlust were sublime. Pure hop immersion.

If you have the chance to go to Slabtown tomorrow, GO.

Smart guy over here thought it was today, so I aimed my bike there when I finished work early. Oh well, I hopefully have a window tomorrow too.

Fresh Mosaic cans are out. I grabbed some at Belmont Station today. No surprise that my favorite PNW IPA bursting with one of my favorite hops is true thing of beauty. I love this time of year.

Saw this on Balebreaker’s site. I always look forward to Citra Slicker (yearly fave). BB picked a good partner for Green Rush.

Yep, Breakside’s FH XPA with Chinook is still a delicious strawberry/watermelon salad in my mouth.

Also enjoyed FG’s Fresh IPA with strata - lush green-ness. Maybe this is what drinking chlorophyll is like?

Now drinking Breakside’s FH Double Wanderlust with Crystal while enjoying the Beaver game. Yep, it’s tasty.

Hmmm .not grabbing me by the collar.
I think the last beer was so overwhelming in the hop department.

    Cross post w/ WPNWBAYDN:
Picked this up this morning, along with three other FH beers, on the drive between the old and new apartments this morning.

If you're interested, do a forum subject/topic search. The closing was actually discussed pretty extensively.

That's not a particularly high bar. :smirk: Did you enjoy it and did you feel it had a considerable amount of FH character? Inquiring minds and all that...

I apologize for being so nosey, but I've been out of town for the past three weeks and I'm compiling a list of fh beers I need to try. Wife and I get back late tonight, and I plan on making a beeline over to pdx tomorrow afternoon.

It's middle of the road, probably on the good side of that. Certainly not disappointing, but certainly not breathtaking.

I think I'll probably have one more after this, then post my first weekly update on my findings.

Good news: I love fresh hop season.
