Wow that sounds fantastic! Bison makes great burgers. Nice touch with the South Georgia onions too!

 

Another one of these. Last of the four pack. I know, you have heard it from me too many times.

 

Transient/Wax Wings Ripe Territory DIPA (Motueka, Nectaron, Citra, Michigan Chinook). An IPA collab between two IPA (and beer in general) powerhouses in Michigan. Soft and fluffy with a hop character that brings lime, lemon, navel orange juice and peel, grapefruit peel, apricot, pineapple, honeydew melon, and pine. Little more malt presence than I'd like though. In all honesty, it's not as good as I anticipated, but it's still a solid hazy DIPA.
