    My preference is pre '74 in all honesty.
    The gestation & birth of the Dead occurred here.
    They matured afterward, but lost a "fat" sound which I prefer.
    Not sure this makes sense.

    Bcbs was great, but as long as black chocolate keeps being like 8.50 a 4pack I know my choice. Plus basil Hayden is damn good.

    I have an '11 In the cellar that I can't seem to bring myself to break out. Ten Fidy is an amazing beer, but for some reason I wan't to keep sitting on the one left in the stash.

    Anyone else think a "Dead Beers" thread Friday to Sunday would gain momentum?
    By "Dead Beers" I mean, what are you drinking(pic) & what Dead song/set/show (vid) are you listening to?

    To keep this OT, I'm still drinking my first delicious Wake-n-Bake :grinning:

    I paid $7.99/4-pack at a local Whole Foods who admitted to screwing up the price, but honored their mistake like a boss!

    No lie, I had 3 4-packs in my cart at the time :grimacing:

    It's worth $10/ 4-pack imo.
