Evening BA, having a Notch Altbier. When I visited Notch in person last summer, I begged them to sell me one of their Altbier glasses as I know of no other brewery that stocks them. They turned me down so I’ll have to settle for the Kolsch glass!

 

You will see these in my glass a good amount now. Not earth shattering, but a rock solid classic at a great price.

 

Smoked brown ale from Hill Farmstead. Loving this one from a growler - smoke/malt sweetness nicely balanced.

 

Friday afternoon fish fry 5 weeks in a row now . Back home relaxing with a Pliny.

Do you think it would be better if I moved it to 9 pm EST instead?

 

Sure felt more like a Tuesday than Friday today, but I will gladly take another weekend before getting back into the grind next week. Cheers, all!!
