Did some chores this morning, bit too frigid to hike just yet - going to cross country ski this afternoon....

This is not bad, glad I picked it up at Whole Foods on sale for $8.99 / 6

 

A tasty treat that @Whyteboar so kindly sent to me. Delicious!

 

Ultra fresh DDH with Citra 7% it should be good, but it is closer to great.

Bierkeller Winter Weizen " a large malty weizenbock with lots of dried fruit and clove" 7%
Well worth getting out of bed and the bike trip in the cold. I also picked up a growler of Rauchbock.

 

Tripping Animals Moonlight Mint peppermint stout

 

Got my annual physical coming up this week. Giving Deschutes NA Black Butte Porter a run. I'm pleasantly surprised how good this is. Just a step behind the original. Definitely keep this in the NA beer rotation. Cheers!

Just finished getting a pot of chili on the stove to slowly simmer all afternoon. I have not added any beans, but I am contemplating adding some black beans for fiber and contrast. I realize that if I do that, I may have to go to confession to be pardoned. In the meantime, I will just Be Hoppy ..
