It’s OK to be a Swiftie, and a Bills fan: my family is both.
For once though, I would love T-swizzle to have her mouth open in shock when Josh and the boys rock Arrowhead. And, peace and love for everyone, but also Bills win today!

1) Drekker Knock Knock (4.8%): A German Dunkel from North Dakota with flavors of caramel, bread, dark toast and hints of orange and cherry
versus
2) Hofbrau Dunkel (5.5%): A German Dunkel with flavors of brown bread, caramel, some dark fruit and treacle. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Dunkel Battle. First is Drekker. Pours light. Some caramel and fruity notes. Not as dark in color or flavors as you'd expect.
Next is Hofbrau, one of the German classics. Dark bread, dark fruit, some treacle and earthy molasses notes. Complex and wonderful.
Winner: Hofbrau

A Love Supreme spinning, one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever recorded. This is 60 years old this month, released in January 1965. Miles Davis' ESP was the debut of his new band, also released in August of 1965. Will have to do a battle of the great albums come August ha.

Anyway, VITUS in the glass, oh yeah. Another one of my all time favorites.

Hope the Hoosiers pulled it out Jeff. If anything, MOAS is a nice consolation prize...2012 was the last vintage i enjoyed and it was quite nice!
Keeping it light today and waiting on the Redskins-Eagles game. Cheering for the 'Dog but it will be a pretty big upset for Daniels and the 'Skins to pull this out, must play mistake free ball and avoid TO's and dumb as unnecessary roughness penalties. Drinking a Witbier from Green Man in Asheville, not a style i have very often but this is pretty solid, follows the style guideline nicely.

Very happy I bought this yesterday. This is damn good.

 

I don't drink Witbier that much either but I really like them in the summer. And for some reason, they seem to pair well with seafood dishes. Especially Allagash White.
