Fidens - Lack Of Vision (TIPA)

This bad boy is THICK. And not boozy at all. In fact, to my complete surprise, it's delicious. Not many TIPAs out there that I can say this about.

 

Total Wine in Alpharetta seems to have it often now. Bought some a couple weeks ago. Just can't help myself. Btw, saw Bierstadt Slow Pour Pilsner at Max in Cumming a couple weeks ago. I hope they have some left.

Hop Butcher DUN DUN DUN (7.5% canned 12/3/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Amarillo, Citra & Galaxy for flavors of orange, tangerine, nectarine, and tropical stonefruit. Leans sweet.

Continuing the Hop Butcher trend because it's Friday and a snowstorm, so why not? Not about cleaning the cellar here, but more about clearing the fridge.

Trail Marker Imperial IPA from New Trail Brewing. I'm generally not a fan of New Trail's hazies but my local had a social post on this WC DIPA from them and decided to give it a chance. Not too bad. Centennial/Amarillo/Simcoe hops. Some nice piney bitterness along with a light berry vibe. Definitely falls into the WCIPA camp, maybe leaning a little more towards "well-rounded" WCIPA. Nice enough beer.

It has been hard (for me anyway) to find this beer the last couple years in Los Angeles and when found usually very old. This is canned 1/5/2025 so this is the freshest I have ever had.
And it is not even my birthday. Cheers!
