Yes, you’re right. My mistake. Says “one of the last”.

Were you in the LC store refreshing all afternoon? You beat the email by two minutes

Were definitely getting one more stout to soften the blow of the $300 renewal fee detailed in next weeks email

How was DB Artifact? I feel like nobody really talked about it this past week in comparison to the others.

It was hot. There’s potential there but I think it needs to sit a bit.

There aren't a lot of reviews (58) on untappd, but it has the lowest rating (4.52) of the 4 weekday-released DB beers: Double Rye-Double Nilla, Artifact, Generational, Willet. While that is obviously good, by SP standards that's low, and too low for a $50/375ml non-adjuncted stout IMO. However, people (unsurprisingly) seemed to like it better than all the finished DB beers from the weekend except Mizurnara:

    French oak: 4.43
    Maple: 4.5
    Aspen: 4.10
    Mizurnara: 4.72

    YMMV

Sounds like 4 stout plus non-stout packages.

Cool to see the DB finished beers available for public release but none of these really intrigue me.

Getting BKS Artisan Ale's and Alma Mader's Madera emails actually have me more eager for their releases - both are releasing a non-adjuncted BA barleywine. That might tell me all I need in terms of if I renew LC or not. Guess we'll see how tonight goes first.

Horchata recipe... safe to say every one of these 4 will have cinnamon (thoughtful or not)?

it’s a new non-adjunct base with an unnecessarily confusing name

The fact they are releasing these to the public instead of LC again and in per bottle packages is hilarious to me. The greed is unreal. Fuck this brewery.

So they're being sold in pairs? It says one additional bottle, but it doesn't indicate that it's a different bottle.

I’m sure they’ll each be paired with a sour / saison
