Back home now from the meat raffle at Little House Brewing. Once again we won, a whole chicken and some Italian sausage.
This cooler may not look like much, but its been in my life for 50 years. It currently contains 8 beef ribs resting from a 7-hr smoke.
You know the beer.

Vosburgh - Winter IPA

 

Made some dough for pizzas. Was going to use my outdoor oven but things weatherwise have taken a turn for the worse.

+ Finally can check in with a beer... 21 miler today with 2800 ft of climbing and I was pretty damn tired already after last night's HUMDINGER @mickyge - heheheheh - but got it done. I did take a pretty good spill, bruised up the elbow with some new blood, abrasion, dirt all over but hey... if you're not falling every once in a while, are you even LIVING? FOCAL BANGER

- We have to get the first floor of our house re-wired and it's gonna suck *$$$$* but hey, at least then we might not burn up in an inferno. And then we can finally insulate the 1904 house a.k.a. The Mrs. Roosevelt.

Smoked a vegan meatloaf today, pretty wild. Though altogether pretty easy to do since impossible/beyond behave exactly as meat. Will report back once I’ve tried it.



Oddly enough, this both tastes better and looks better than yesterday’s pour from the same 12 pack… way less haze here and this is right out the fridge while yesterdays I chilled.
