What beer are you drinking now? #4520

Roast came out okay. Pulled at 124°, but it managed to carryover up to 136°!

Some good drippings in the pan tho, so I should bust out a gravy. Maybe some potatoes.

Damn, that looks amazing

 

My last for the night, might as well mix it up a little

Guinness Extra Stout in the glass. Along with some Rittenhouse Rye. This is actually a pretty good combo. The bitter sweetness and roast of the Guinness, and light spice/woody character from the Rye is really good together. Rittenhouse is a damn good Rye, and one of the few under $30 anymore. I have some really good Irish Whiskey that I'll pair with some Foreign Extra Stout later next week, but this is good.

Time Further Out by Dave Brubeck. Love this album as much as Time Out.




Unsquare Dance is something you have to see to believe ha.

This beer is closer to a west coast IPA than many of the beers that advertise themselves as west coast style IPAs. Always delicious
