    Sip of Sunshine, round two - as in, it took two Sips to make it through this. Winging a meal I've never tried before (pepper steak), with a utensil I've never used before (a proper wok). Yeah. Slow going.

    OH! You thought I was done with Joe Lovano didn't you? Well, he not only helped start the careers of two of the best modern bass players (Linda May Han Oh, and Esperanza Spalding) but has this unbelievably talented jazz super group...with John Scofield, Dave Holland, and Al Foster...did...did you get that the album's title is OH! :slight_smile::sunglasses::rolling_eyes::stuck_out_tongue:

    NBW cross-post. Moonlight Brewing Boney Fingers black lager. Courtesy of of @Nugganooch. @RaulMondesi once provided a quarter-barrel of this beer at Club Raul. It is a delicious black lager. A pleasant fragrance by the light of the moon. Is anyone else amped for the upcoming Ed Gein series on Netflix? That story took place near Central Waters Brewing's Amherst, Wisconsin, location, so I will be drinking a lot of Black Gold when I watch it.

    I dig you showing your mis en place. Really nice job. Obviously one of the most important things when it come to professional cooking. I always had my set up at the latest a half hour before dinner service. Everything set up in order and if I needed to extend my setup I'd use ice in fish buckets, salted to lower the freezing point. This was always the case on a weekend with multiple specials on the menu. Cheers!
