    Working in Chicago, guess which hotel I’m staying in as I work on ….. stuff? Art History is a Chicago treasure, and I love that they tell us beer nerds what temperature we should store their beer at. This bracingly bitter WCIPA is an example of their prowess as a world class brewery. Absolutely love it.

    It really was. I didn’t ask for it, just had it pop up on my phone yesterday. And when I arrived today, they asked me if it was enough, or needed more.

    This company has been first class all the way.

    Fitting to be an AAL from Indiana packaged in aluminum. If you ever wondered how aluminum becomes can stock, I can answer the questions. Pretty crazy to see it go from brick, to quarter inch thick in a roll, to .008" in a roll, to coated and out the door.

    Jester King hazy IPA. It’s not too bad, but there’s kind of a “sharpness” to it that I’m not a huge fan of. What I think is supposed to be the date stamp is just a smudge of ink :smile:
