I quite enjoy Hibernation, and often keep it for a year... maybe pushing two... in the fridge. Five years is a bit more than I've gotten to, and it seems better to avoid it.

I'm going through my extensive cookbook collection trying to figure out what I can donate to the library or Goodwill.
With the advent of the Internet, I rarely take the time to page through my books in search of a recipe, when in seconds, I can have 30 versions of the dish I'm looking for.
I need a little liquid motivation to help me part with what has been a huge part of my life in the past. Heck, I just unloaded my old college books not long ago as well.
Time to clear out the unused junk in the house.
    Cheers to all!
I really wish more braggots were available.

We just gave away around 3’ of cook books and 18” of veggie times. Besides cellar purge 2025 I am in the stuff purge 2025 too. Been using EBay a lot and will be hit with a large 1099 next year but that’s down the road.

    Enjoy

Under 2 is the sweet spot IMHO. Having said that, my datapoints are dated...

4 Number 1 seeds. NIL Money is never bringing in the small guys. No shot. I guess it has always been that way. The only noticeable exception would be the old days with Holly Cross and San Francisco with Bill Russell. Anyways this has only happened once before?

Lucky Me? I'm not so sure. We have low carbonation, very sweet malts and more of a tropical hop vibe.

Fegley's Bethlehem Brew Works - Pilsner Nocturno
A Collaboration with Bonn Place Brewing Co. This is a very unique beer - a "Black Italian Style Pilsner". It's very tasty. Has Black IPA hop characteristics along with a nice roasty, coffee finish. Very easy to drink, even refreshing, and somewhat complex.
