    ...our returns are relatively simple, but I need to automate some of the tax document stuff...had initial rejections for Federal and state -- found and corrected two fat-fingered TIN entries...Federal is accepted, still awaiting the state acceptance...still cheaper doing them myself than having tax preparers do it for us, but a process I never enjoy...

    I hate doing taxes too and I am a retired CPA. My taxes have gotten so easy since I can no longer itemize. Basically, it is take 25% (state and federal) of my Social Security and my pension. Bingo! All done. Oh, you mean before that I also have to pay for Medicare insurance and my secondary health insurance?

    I’ll have another beer bartender. And a short one on the side.

    Fair State/Central Waters collab Northern Rivals American Barleywine, 12% ABV. Pours deep copper with a 3+ finger light-brown head that left lots of foamy lacing. Aroma is fruit (like juicy fruit gum) and caramel. Taste is caramel and dark fruit, somewhat sweet, and equally bitter. Decent dry mouthfeel, overall excellent.
