Sesame chicken out on the patio . Cut up a small jalapeño pepper in the sauce . Nice heat with a Coronita to wash down.

 

There's no black IPAs in my area(at least not that i know of?).. It made sense to me seeing them side in side in the fridge. It was actually a tasty blend.. I'd do it again!

 

The legendary DevGru sniper Chris Kyle was born today in 1974, the most lethal US military sniper: RIP legend. CCB Florida Man DIPA with some FoodTv with the wife.

 

Jacks pilsner with a double burger,fries, sweet potato tots and onion rings because I couldn't decide what I wanted.
Its good but can't hold a candle to the pizza @LarryV made

The owner of Summit Brewing stopped in a couple of weeks back and brought this in for us to try before the release. It has now been released. Since I have had it before, it won't be a NBW beer. The light version of it will be.

This beer is quite clear looking and golden in color. There's a massive stream of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass to produce a 2 finger white head. The head retention is quite good. There's a bit of sticky lacing on the glass.
The aroma of this beer is grain based. I am just getting a ton of cereal grains in the aroma. I also get a honey like sweetness in here.
The flavor is malty. This beer hits you in the face with cereal grain flavor. There's a slight floral flavor in this beer and a hint of sweetness.
The body is light, but clean. The feeling is refreshing. The flavors are kind of sticky feeling, and just coat my throat like some IPAs do.
This is a damn tasty beer and well made. This would be amazing on a hot summer day. I am so impressed.

 

Time to pay some bills
