    Yep, me too with the SNBC Heavy Hitter case from several months back. Down to the last two brews, an Atomic Torpedo and Hop Magnum after this A.T. below. Will move onto SNAPPY and Summerfest likely next weekend.

    Good to see you at the VB again Davy! I have never grilled a pork shoulder but have smoked a handful of them over the years thru the lazy man's Electric Smoker and now the Traeger since moving to WNC. Looks great!

    I know exactly what you're talking about. They have to be really good to do that to you. Besides PE iv only experienced that on very pure LSD and I'm talking the best you can get your hands on. Shit that's not usually available to the public. When that time dilation sets in you'll lose sight of what's what and who you are. It gets kind of scary. Cheers!

    Yes I'm glad to be back! Iv been smoking them on this ghetto setup I created since January. It's been a learning process on how I want them turn out. These are bone in around 8-9 pounds. I got a process down but I'm looking forward to upgrading to a new stick burner soon. I got old pecan trees that drop everything I need at the moment. Cheers!
