Blind Corner Pier Drop West Coast IPA (Citra, Simcoe cryo, Cascade, Centennial). Orange marmalade, orange peel, ruby red grapefruit, floral, honey-drizzled bread, pine resin. Nice balance to it with a dry and bitter finish. Nicely done.

 

Lawn mowed. Now enjoying a Mighty Squirrel Cloud Candy. I don't always drink hazy but this is very civilized and refreshing.

Mikerphone Roughneck Business DIPA (Citra/Zumo). Lime sherbet, lime and orange zest, mandarin orange, earthiness, kaffir lime leaf, pomelo, slight diesel. Bright and zesty. Big fan of this one.

 

Parallels 2022 from Side Project. I'd prefer this without the cinnamon, vanilla & maple syrup but it's still alright.

 

I’m a big fan of Ludlam Island’s The Big Dirty so I wanted to try the new, dialed-back APA version, The Little Dirty (4.7%). I’m told the hop bill is the same (it’s a secret) but this is a totally different beer. Dominated by crackery malt and tart citrus, it’s closer to Carton’s Boat than to its big brother. You could pound this sucker. Try that with The Big Dirty and you’d end up in jail, detox or the ER (or maybe all of them). I say so lovingly because I’m very fond of this brewery. Cheers!
