I am at Supermoon Beer. This is Chalet Chalet Belgian golden sour ale. Today is the final day of Milwaukee Metalfest. It has been an amazing experience.

 

Time for a pint of my regular.

Finally wrapped up the 2024 cycling season and am starting in this year by enjoying Omloop Het Nieuwsblad this afternoon. Some of these new helmet designs are wild.

Hey hey BAs! Just finished up a review/posting over in the NBW thread, and finishing this tasty impy stout - Burial’s “Portal Into Infinite Nonexistence” :



Purchased at the brewery on Monday. Poured at 55.4°. Made with vanilla beans which shine (if you like vanilla). A bit sweet but all the better to hide the 13.5% abv! I like!

I’ll probably ease into ipa later as I have lots to do (what’s new?) around this old house, and then grilling chicken later. Cheers y’all!

I really wanted to like this album when it came out, but this is probably the best song on the album. The rest of the album is boring as hell. I listened to it once when I first got it about a year ago, and hadn't listened to it again until today. My opinion hasn't changed, boring as hell and uninspired IMHO.

It was pretty busy when I was there around noon yesterday, don't know how it compares as it was my first time there. The Leinie's Ice is from the pilot brew house along with about 7-10 others.
