    1) Phase Three Linear Gradient (7.8% canned 2/17/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Amarillo, & Motueka for flavors of orange, tangelo, some smooth lime and mango.
    versus
    2) Phase Three Super Swirly (8.0% canned 4/22/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, & El Dorado for flavors of orange, tropical pineapple, papaya, green melon and smooth lime. Tropical and smooth. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    Phase Three NEIPA Battle. First is Linear Gradient. Some nice hop combos here with the Motueka. Starting to fade though at 3 months.
    Next is Super Swirly, a fresh release. Bright white grape, lime, papaya, and green melon. Bursting flavors. Excellent. Probably not a fair battle, d/t freshness. I rated them 4.17 and 4.15 respectively, so Linear Gradient was possibly better when fresh.
    Winner: Phase Three Super Swirly

    Had a couple at a dive bar a like...that just happens to always have a few good beers on. Loose Cannon...

    Then down the road to a good BBQ place...Feges. Eureka Heights Mini Boss in the glass with some ribs, sausage, pinto beans and dirty rice.

    ...shutting everything down, it appears...the brewer (Wayne) has been working at a contract brewing place to try and keep his business going, but that didn't work...Laura (the manager - I believe) doesn't know what she'll do...
