I like these Big Ditch Rocket Mules. Nice balanced flavors of citrus pithiness and juiciness. Stovepipe size is just right for a warm day. I thought I’d be mulching and whatnot, but ended up finding a 36” Blackstone griddle for $233 because of a busted box. Wife has said “griddle” at least 80 times this month, so I’m pretty sure she wanted a griddle. Spent an hour or more seasoning it with a propane torch. I think I got a decent black out. We’ll see.

Hopefully you get some warm weather to heat it up soon. We have the solar off the roof since it was just reshingled, but it's been 90+ with lows in the 70's for a few weeks so we hold the heat at night....cheers!!!

I'm not near the cook or griler that some of you guys are...but made so called "Big Mac" tacos and potato salad. Just grill the burger meat side done in the tortilla till its done, grill the other side for a minute, add your stuff and done ha. Pretty good, super easy, and surprisingly fun...
