20k training run with some good vert this morning. Still feeling a bit of the hammie and the ankle but doable. Go get that summit @tekstr1der - beer will wait for ya.
(Side bar - that UCL final was an absolute drubbing! Ouch.)

Now time to try this Von Ebert/RRiver 7th anniversary Pilsner collab. Let's go!

LOL - yeah, meant to say somethin' - just a piece of tuft/basalt from the Columbia River Gorge, found near the mouth of the mighty river, rounded by erosion downstream, my wife collects this stuff and I discover these when I empty bags/suitcases. Fun memento made more material.
