    1) Phase Three Magnetic (8.0% canned 3/31/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nelson, Motueka, and Riwaka for flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, and white grape.
    Versus
    2) Phase Three Doggone Delish (7.8% canned 5/23/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nelson for flavors of vinous green and white grape, green melon, berries, floral notes. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    Phase Three NEIPA Battle. First is Magnetic. Great hop combo with complex Southern Hemisphere hops from Nelson and Motueka.
    Next is Doggone Delish. All Nelson here. Bright green grape, berries, green melon. An amazing showcase of the Nelson hop and probably one of my favorite IPAs of all-time from Phase Three.
    Winner: Phase Three Doggone Delish

    The Golden Earing anecdote is fun!
    Having a Tucher Pils that is long in the tooth and is a touch sweet for the style. Hopefully i'll find one much younger to compare in the near future.

    My lady absolutely inhaled a lil scrappy beef n cheese toastie w some carrots. The crusty bbl smoker wins again. Props.
    So, Andechser Maibock is top notch. No doubt. I'll self-deport myself back to the US of fucking A and dig into this final can of Grass Pro Shop HIPA. A joint effort btwx Drastic Measures and Junkyard. Just killer IMHO. It's like a gift. Truly. What a pleasure to have. Thank you beer Gods!!

    I only have the stomach to click thru newspapers with coffee in the morning to get the gist of what is happening beyond my little world. It's painful to watch broadcast news and i can totally avoid it during the non-football part of the year. Hope your brew is soothing Larry!
    Enjoying another SN Pale Ale. Fairly fresh and pretty inexpensive in these parts.
