My old work mate and drinking buddy from my PHX days used to sing the praises of Max's whenever he returned from visiting his bro in Baltimore. Someday I'll get there now that we are in the eastern US.
Enjoying the last of my brews from 13 Stripes, a Dry Irish Stout. Like the flavor, hits the style guide.

Pardon the bad picture but figured I’d jump in to push along the slow start to the virtual bar on this fine Friday. Here is a “premium” lager from Civil Society. American lager style beer with rice to lighten it up. Tasty.

At the Rotary Fest waiting for the beer tent to open. I'm not waiting too long.I can grab a Goldfinger and an Alter beer after 4.
I thought I'd have some haze from Hop Butcher, New Zealand Traveling Scientist whilst I wait.




It's a bit more watery than their usual fare.

 

@nicholas2121 That brew brings back memories from my mid-Michigan teen/early 20's years. I think it was brewed at the local Heilman brewery in Frankenmuth, MI. Immediately the old jingle comes back with that!
Onto round 2 and found this lurking in my beer fridge. It's about a year old now but the coffee and barrel still come thru nicely.
