    We moved to Saint Louis 32 years ago from Chicago. You never get used to the heat and humidity.
    Gotta say I do love the early springs and the long falls here.

    Home now, but not after a stop at a better, closer brewery, High Nine. Had a quick IPA there, but picked up a 4-pack of Smitty's pale ale. Smitty was a long time selectmen in that town (my childhood home town). He was a very poplular guy, but I never understood the hupla, I was kind of neutral on the guy. Anyways, he died about 9-yrs ago, but lives on in a pretty solid APA.
    The elephant is a symbol of Deep River CT because in the 19th and early 20th centuries, it was the largest importer of ivory, due to the Pratt Read factory that made piano keys. Thankfully, they are made of plastic now.

    Third Space Maibock (6.8%):     A Maibock from Wisconsin with flavors of rich malt, honey wheat and bread dough.

    A nice spring maibock from Third Space. Some honey-wheat flavors. Not overly boozy or sweet.
