What beer are you drinking now? #4630

I just checked my credit card to confirm. Without my readers, I misunderstood the tipping protocol at the waterpark. I have been tipping 120% on all purchases. All items are very expensive. .

 

Mikerphone Roughneck Business DIPA (Citra/Zumo). Bright and zesty hop character. Lime sherbet, lime and orange zest, mandarin orange, earthiness, kaffir lime leaf, pomelo, slight diesel. Really good stuff.

 

In Chicago’s work, visiting Lou Malnati’s for some deep dish pizza (The Malnati Chicago Classic is always my go to), this is Son Of Juice from Maplewood Brewery, a very appropriately named hazy. Maplewood flies under the radar a bit, but they brew excellent stuff, IMHO. This is another example of their prowess.

 

My son and I are trying Tree House's Juice Machine. WOW, great beer!

 

#2, another Chicago brewery that brews fantastic stuff, this Vienna-Style Lager is magnificent, IMHO.

 

Does a Cornish Pale Ale differ from a normal pale ale?

Pete's Perfect Palo Santo Black Lager - Another cheapo beg the brewery find from who even knows at this point, and dang, this is even better than the amburana one. Should have popped one sooner. Such lovely complexity and not like anything I have had before.

Because I really needed a drink and it sure seems like most of the world does too.
