Looks like I've been awarded "Karma" points for being a member of the BA community for 11 years a couple of days early. Cheers.

David I feel like we should have had a beer together this trip. Way too close for us not to have beer together. You are very close to Schilling/Resilience in Littleton or REK•LIS in Bethlehem. Safe travels @DoctorZombies .[IMG] Kettlehead borrowed this brew and made it better than Definitive. Cheers all.

Crystal clear body, golden amber; dense, fine-bubble carbonation; thick head, white and densely packed, creamy on top. Great scent; pine resin. Wonderfully balanced taste; light malt base with a clean flavor; sage and thyme notes; bold hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; crisp; mainly dry overall.

It is hard to beat a La Cumbre west coast-style India pale ale...this beer is no exception. Dynamite...!!!...

...rough afternoon thunderstorm...I swear hail has it in for my tomatoes and chili pepper plants...

Enjoying an English Brown Ale from Homeplace in Burnsville, NC. Mildly hopped for balance, the malts are the star where the toasted, light roast blends together with the chocolate malts very well. Very impressed with this one. Highly recommend a stop at the brewpub, nice setting.
    Cheers!

That's why I grow mine in pots - I move them indoors on my porch when severe weather threatens. Keeps them from getting destroyed.

It's definitely warm here today but not as warm as @LarryV is enjoying. From my perspective it beats cold winter weather, but this is coming from the guy that lived in the low desert for many years. Enjoying Black Butte Porter from Deschutes.
    Cheers!

Plenty warm here, hate thinking what my electric bill will look like with the A/C running near non-stop.

Happy Tuesday ba. Heat wave in full effect here but we should start seeing more normal temps return after tomorrow.

Starting where I left off last night. A diamond in the rough, citra dipa, sand city. Really hits the spot after being out in the steam all day,

I reckon @lordofthewiens often sips on La Cumbre beers, and many other advocates in the SW. nice review for something I likely will never drink… cheers.
