Looks like you’re flipping off the world with the power that only Pilsner Urquell can offer.

 

1) Phase Three Magnetic (8.0% canned 3/31/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Nelson, Motueka, and Riwaka for flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, and white grape.
versus
2) Phase Three Muon Juice (8.0% canned 6/2/25): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Eclipse, Motueka, Krush for flavors of Zesty lime, orange blossom, and guava sorbet. (Correctly matched the two blind)

Phase Three NEIPA Battle. First is Magnetic. Great hop combo with Motueka and Nelson. Tropical melon, berries, white grape, lime. Smooth and tropical. Outstanding and one of their best.
Next is Muon Juice, a collab with Equilibrium. Much more fresh, with a bit more grapefruit, gooseberry, and lime. Nicely done as well and a bit brighter with more grapefruit and guava.
I slightly prefer Magnetic hop combo with the Motueka and Nelson combo is near perfect.
Winner: Phase Three Magnetic

Fresh Lunch while the weather can't seem to make up its fucking mind. 98° yesterday, 77° today. Meanwhile, holding the line while trying to work out some details of a big life change.

 

Enjoying this while adding some finishing touches to some storage shelves that I built in the basement, going to add a flip-down desktop and a bubble wrap dispenser for packing beer boxes.

A big ol' Dos Equis Ambar, while I wait on a take out order. For me, the Ambar or Modelo Negra are the only way to go with Mexican food. Drives me crazy they always put a lime with it. No need for a lime.

 

Day 3 in Munich. Meine Helle Weisse at the Schneider Weisses Brauhaus im Tal. That’s hard to say and type. Beer goes down easy though.
