    Sorry to hear about Mom @TwilightBeerCareer . Our parents lives in the late stages can turn on a dime. I hope she is strong and can come thru her troubles!
    Since Da Boss and i are moving on from Birch Bay tomorrow to head towards Wenatchee WA to visit with my nephew and his family tomorrow night i figured i better lighten the beer load.

    Back from a 2 hour hike with our friends…now on the deck as the sun sets, drinking “Nautical Disaster” IPA (that I bought at the brewery earlier). Held forth as a “Double IPA” and a “Strong Beer” but it’s only 7% and a kinda wimpy malt forward IPA at that:
