    This is a spiffy and well-balanced west coast India pale ale. The relatively light malt base matches beautifully with the hop flavor and bitterness. Sublimely complex and tasty.

    There was an old-time baseball game in our town today mimicking what baseball was like around 1900. Some big differences:
    -no gloves for fielding
    -underhand pitching
    -a batter is out if the fielder catches the ball on one bounce
    -longer skinnier bats
    -a softer ball
    -wool jerseys (the players had to be roasting)
