The cemetery is located in Pine Bush, Orange County (about an hour and 20 minutes from where I live in New Jersey). It is where my Mom's paternal family lived for several generations. I've been researching that branch of my family for a few years and have visited numerous cemeteries in the area.

Liquid Mechanics/Crosby Hops West Coast Cartel IPA (Strata, Chinook, Crosby estate grown Comet and Cascade). Bright and zesty ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, ripe strawberry, some navel orange, strong herbal notes, some dank, big resinous pine. WC IPA done right. Awesome stuff.

Full review linked above, full New Beer Weekend #263 take linked here. WBAYDN take, this is a typical Midwest WCIPA, flavor profile right, tries a little too hard on the bitterness, and a bit too much caramel malt, though overall, a good offering I'd occasionally turn to.

Back home, so Yacht Rock at this hour here. Steely Dan fits the bill and playlist, whether they like it or not.

 

Clocked out less than 15 minutes ago, starting my weekend with Hoptimum. If I had the money I'd buy this one by the keg.
