Good afternoon BAdvocates. Enjoying my final beer from my Forty Ninth State Brewing variety pack. Alaska 8 Star Lager isn’t a very good brew, but it works well for me on this warm Saturday.

Hey Tim, that's great! Whether that was a training, road 50k, or a trail race 50k, either way that's a LONG way to go in "just" training. I feel good when I can do that distance in two back to backs.

Man I wish we had time for a Maine 4-5 day visit, it's in the next few years. I'll get SOS and great beers in NH and make the 1 hour drive to White River Junction VT for a couple cases of Heady & Focal.....cheers!!!
