This hazy features Alora hops, a relatively new varietal that is heavy on apricot, peach orange, and sweet melon aromas and flavors. I am digging the shiznit out of this.

Okay, no objections to homebrews being expressed, I present to you Descent into Darkness, a 2024 Imperial Stout. 2 days of coffee grounds and cacao beans at the end of primary fermentation, and a long (7 month) secondary fermentation with bourbon-soaked oak cubes. ~10% abv.
