A cool day here in DC, so opened this Schloss Eggenberg Heller Bock while grilling out back. It’s a collaboration with Schilling Beer Co. in New Hampshire. Bready, (slightly) sweet malty goodness.

Got the opportunity to visit Schilling earlier this month— definitely a brewery to put on your bucket list.

 

Almost home. Stopped for wings and beer at Beanies in Mt.Joy.

Phase Three Bilo Bilo (7.8% canned 7/29/25): A NEIPA with Citra and HBC 630 with flavors of orange, lychee, tropical berries and mango.

A new release from Phase three with bright Citra for orange zest flavor with some HBC630. HBC630 coming in with some tropical berries, mango, cherry flavors with a tropical balance. Not getting the coconut flavor that's described, but for the better. I'm digging this one. Excellent new release from Phase Three.
