Finding Union Jack fresh (3-5 weeks) consistently. For me one of the better examples of WCIPA. Prep and cooking day today , Cut up a 1lb pork tenderloin and will marinate 24 hours for fajitas tomorrow.

Toppling Goliath DDH King Sue (7.8% canned 6/16/25): A NEIPA from Iowa with flavors of orange citrus zest, flower, pineapple and mango skin. Bright and clean.

Another DDH King. Finally setting into it's full flavors and complexity. It's hot, and a wonder of a beer.

 

Phlebotomist took six vials of blood. Daughter said I should drink a lot fluid. That is what I am doing.

 

I agree, does resemble John Cooper.

Cream of chicken for dinner . 1977 July 4th weekend. Peter Frampton was the headline , fans were rocking on a cool CA summer day (Oakland) to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Santana and the Outlaws were on the bill also . If you like the band take a listen . A different time for sure ,glad it was my time .

 

Bro that had to be an epic concert. If I remember correctly Frampton Comes Alive was released in 76. I remember buying that record at Sam Goodys in Paramus Pk NJ at the mall. Still have it
