After a tire blow out on a 10 lane interstate, and driving through a monsoon wall, Moe and I finally made it to our hotel room in Little Rock. A drive that normally takes 6 1/2 hours took more like 10 hours ugh. I was seriously thinking of canceling this trip after all this, my back tire literally blew up, including parts of my back bumper ha, or ugh, or I don't know what . Oh well, its just a crappy 2013 Fiesta, so I don't really care what it looks like. This was after I had it inspected thoroughly, and I know my tires are good...or at least I really really thought so ha.

SO, ended up at Lost Forty, one of the better breweries in Arkansas IMO, certainly the best in Little Rock. Their Oktoberfest in the glass. Its a pretty standard American interpretation, but still good.

 

Next from Lost Forty is their NATIV IPA, which I love.

As wells as their smoked turkey Reuben sandwich, that is amazing.



I got a six pack of NATIV to go, as well as some bottles of their Orval clone which I have had before and is phenomenal. Saving that for a bit later though ha.

Then, ignore or not, but went over to the local distillery...Rock Town. Had a gin cocktail of some sorts, can't remember everything in it



I always get some gin here at Rock Town, it is great. My Mom and I love it, and I'm bringing all this home to them in Illinois...hopping I don't have another tire blow out on my second leg of the journey tomorrow
