The Sycamore Gap tree was a famous sycamore on Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland, England, known for its dramatic setting and cultural significance, particularly its appearance in the 1991 film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. In September 2023, the tree was illegally felled in a act of vandalism, causing global outrage.
