I will admit finally, I got hosed on this mix 12. The 12 pack wasn’t marked, looked every place and took a chance. Canned 9/24/24. Tastes ok considering.

Lazy Sunday. We’re looking through Halloween costumes and setting up outdoor decorations. Fun stuff, and the weather is breezy and a fairly cool cloudy low 80s. Cheers and how ‘’bout ‘dem Gators yesterday?!

Went to the store looking for something on the cheap side, but still tasty.
Unfortunately I got this instead.
It's been some time since I last had one, and now I remember why.
I really miss OG Michelob!

Just too sweet and not enough hops to balance it out.
It reminds me of J.W.Dundees Honey Brown Lager, if anyone remembers that from the 90's.

I like the big Belgians, and Chimay Blue is one of my favourites, but it has been so hot and dry this Summer that I have been enjoying more pale lagers.

Winter is coming, although it doesn't seem like it this week. The big beers will be back.

 

I visited Grey Sail on my trip back to CT this summer and was underwhelmed as well.
