    6% ABV Coffee Porter brewed with English hops and barley, conditioned on @vtartisan’s Sumatra Dark. Very tasty and nice body & mouthfeel.

    ...I fully understand and do not judge...that's why Mrs. BeerGoot and I (when I make a single pie) have it split half vegetarian for her, full-on meat and veggies for me...and I do like most seafood (to include anchovies and sardines), but just can't seem to reconcile that idea with a 'delicious' pizza...heck I love more tomato sauce on my pizza than Mrs. BeerGoot does...we both enjoy 'generous' piles of cheese on our pies...

    After some rain on Sat/Sun . A beautiful 75 degree Monday. Sipping a North park all Simcoe WCIPA CO 11/10 @ 6.5%. More storms coming tonight and for Tuesday and temps down 10 degrees or so more .

    ...great looking pies...

    ...you know, I look at different types of pizza like I do different beer styles...I like and will drink most any style of beer just like I will try (and usually find something good) about most food (especially pizzas)...and like my beer choices, so goes my pizza preferences: I have my preferences and standbys, yet the fun is actually trying something outside of ye olde comfort zone and saying "hey, this ain't too bad"...

    Riverlands Fresh Hopped Anchor Hook IPA (Fresh Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe). This may lack the complexity of the regular version, but makes up for it in pure intense hop character. Huge herbaceous dank, fresh cut chives, and resinous pine with undertones of tangerine, lemon, floral, and grapefruit peel. Bright and clean. Love it.
