Revolution Straight Jacket 2025 BBA English Barleywine, 15% ABV. Pours blackish brown, with a 1.5 finger beige head that left no lacing. Aroma is caramel, dark fruit, spice, bourbon, football leather (not shoe), and brown sugar. Flavor is caramel, dark fruit, light spice, and vanilla, moderately sweet, slightly bitter, pleasant bourbon burn, leather aftertaste. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding. Goes down way too easy for the ABV,

That said, i hope both him and Quinnen Williams ball out and achieve success. I think Sauce has a better chance and was pumped he went to the Colts.

 

Doing some light reading, with a light(ish) Helles. You know, this isn't too far off Sam's Harvest Helles, but Jack lays off the citrus enough to make this one more appealing.
