    We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Chapel Hill, the Mediterranean Deli ("Med Del") on Franklin Street. It suffered a catastrophic fire in 2023 and only recently reopened. I was looking forward to a pint of Pernicious with my plate but Med Del no longer serves beer.:grimacing: I had to settle for sweet tea. The food was excellent, as usual.

    We're back at the hotel and my nightcap is Venona,a Milk Stout from Autodidact. I'll buy some local beers tomorrow and Thursday morning. Cheers from Chapel Hill, NC!
