Big day as I attended my last shareholder meeting of the firm. I’ve been neglecting Twin Elephant lately so thought I’d celebrate here. Drinking Double Nosh: Nectaron and NZ Cascade. There’s some nice red berry notes that take it beyond the typical southern hemisphere IPA. Cheers to the weekend, BAs!

Very happy to hear Mrs. Shanex and baby are doing well! I had my hands on a Westmalle Tripel while shopping yesterday. Sad to say the Rochefort Trio won out and now is resting in my beer fridge.
Onto round 2 and another Highland Black Watch. I definitely need to make this an annual pickup!

For those who don’t know, Big Tree is the brand The Reservoir in Waterbury is using to sell beer.
I think these are contract brewed by Zero Gravity

 

Actually, it says this was brewed by Good Water in Williston VT

 

This may look like the last photo I posted but it’s a different beer: Inspire Hope, a DIPA with spruce tips, as I transition to holiday brews for the rest of the night. Cheers!
